Refund policy



 

  • Timeframe: You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.

  • Eligibility: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags (if applicable).

  • Non-returnable items: Custom orders, clearance items, and stickers are final sale.


Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the issue was our fault (wrong item, defect, etc.).


Wrong Size or Changed Your Mind?

  • We'll gladly exchange for a different size or item (equal or lesser value).

  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs on size or preference exchanges.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If your gear arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 7 days at support@patriotafapparel.com with your order number and a photo. We’ll make it right — fast.
