Timeframe: You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.

Eligibility: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags (if applicable).

Non-returnable items: Custom orders, clearance items, and stickers are final sale.
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the issue was our fault (wrong item, defect, etc.).
Wrong Size or Changed Your Mind?

We'll gladly exchange for a different size or item (equal or lesser value).

Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs on size or preference exchanges.
